What was formerly used as a tunnel and a footpath is now set up as a wine cave you can walk through. Surrounded by fields all around, the grape hill is a sanctuary for grapes and wine, and is a symbol for “a town of grapes, wine, and flowers.” In the underground wine cave, there are about 180 brands of wine available for tasting and purchase.

From Shinjuku Station, Katsunuma-budokyo Station is an approximately 1 hour and 30 minute ride by Limited Express on the JR Chuo Line.
