Safety Precautions for the Prevention of COVID-19

Japan’s travel and hotel industries are committed to customer safety, and have created and implemented policies to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. As such, all employees undergo daily temperature monitoring and health checks, and are required to wear masks. Surfaces and facilities where contact may occur are also regularly disinfected.

To help ensure safe and enjoyable travel for yourself and others in the face of the new normal, we kindly ask anyone traveling to please abide by the following guidelines.
