If you’re going to Ikaho Hot Spring, stop by Lake Shima for a canoe ride
With its retro and chic atmosphere, the Shima Hot Spring area is popular. The hot springs spread out from the path of the Shima River, which flows crystal clear with mountains all around it. The clear blue color of this water is called “Shima blue,” and on a canoe excursion, you can paddle through it and penetrate the mystical clarity of Lake Shima’s waters.
