Ibaraki Prefectural Museum of History
When the leaves from the Ginko trees begin to turn to gold, the garden outside the Ibaraki Prefectural Museum of History becomes a golden carpet woven with the leaves from the G inko trees. In early to mid-November the museum holds a “History Museum Ginkgo Festival” where you can enjoy traditional Japanese cultural events on the weekends or holidays.
