Kinchakuda’s Red Spider Lilies
Red spider lily flowers grow abundantly at Hidaka City’s Kinchakuda. In the fall, 5 million of these flowers bloom, and everywhere you look is dyed a deep crimson color. Floating up to the surface in mixed-tree forest, the flowers are spread all over, like a red carpet. The clear stream of the Komagawa River flows nearby, creating a magical atmosphere you won’t find anywhere else. *Red spider lilies bloom from mid to late September.
